Important information
Terms and conditions for the purchase and use of Vilnius Old Theatre gift vouchers:
1. You can use this gift voucher by presenting it at the box office of the Vilnius Old Theatre, at the Kakava.lt box office or online at www.kakava.lt and selecting the desired number of tickets to the theatre's performances.
2. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The gift voucher can only be exchanged for tickets to events organised by the Vilnius Old Theatre.
4. Gift voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
5. Gift voucher values: 10 Eur, 20 Eur, 30 Eur, 40 Eur, 50 Eur, 100 Eur.
6. If the price of the tickets purchased is higher than the amount stated on the gift voucher, the buyer must pay the difference.
7. Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one purchase.
8. Any unused portion of the voucher value is non-refundable. A gift voucher can only be used once.
9. The gift voucher can be transferred to a third party.
10. In case of damage, loss or other loss, the gift voucher shall not be exchanged for a new one.
11. If the gift voucher is not used within its validity period, it shall be deemed no longer valid, shall not be renewed and shall not be refunded.
12. Gift vouchers are not subject to a VAT invoice. If the purchaser requests, a handover certificate is issued. For the certificate, please contact pagalba@kakava.lt.
