●  What is a ticket?
It is a document generated by kakava.lt, giving access to a particular event in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated on the ticket.

 

● What are the payment methods for tickets?
On the kakava.lt website you can pay for tickets in the following methods:
- through E. banking systems of the banks operating in Lithuania (SEB, „Swedbank“, „Luminor“, „Revolut“, „Šiaulių bankas“, „Medicinos bankas“, „Citadele“);
- with VISA and MASTERCARD cards which can be used by the banks for online payments (not American Express and Maestro);
- pay in cash at kakava.lt box offices.

 

●  Where is kakava.lt box offices?
You can find the addresses of all box offices here: https://www.kakava.lt/kasos.

 

●  Is it safe to buy tickets online?
Yes, buying tickets online is safe. The kakava.lt website has SSL security certificate. SSL certificate is an electronic document that allows you to identify a website and gain visitors' trust. Using it, the information sent between the visitor's browser and the server is encrypted. All payments are affected through the electronic banking system of the bank chosen by the user.

 

●  Do I need to register to purchase a ticket?
There are two ways to buy tickets:
- after creating a user account. Registered users can see their purchase history, tickets and VAT invoices, as well as save their favorite events, receive special offers or discounts;
- without registration, indicating the e-mail address to which tickets will be sent immediately after payment.

 

●  Why can't I login to kakava.lt user account?
If you are unable to log in – write an email to pagalba@kakava.lt, indicating your email address is used to log in.

 

●  Can I choose seats when buying a ticket?
When purchasing tickets, the choice of seats is determined by the event promoter, and then:
- either the system selects the best visibility remaining seats;
- or the buyer chooses the preferred seats.
The ticket distributor does not affect the choice of seats.

 

●  Can the person other than the ticket buyer attend the event?
Yes, he can. The ticket is identified by a unique barcode and not by the buyer's details.

 

●  How many tickets can be purchased in one purchase?
The maximum number of tickets to be purchased by one person per event is 10. You can buy more tickets by e-mail info@kakava.lt.

 

●  What charges apply when buying a ticket?
The following charges apply when buying a ticket:
- service charge – fee for the ticket distribution and sales service.
- administration fee – system maintenance fee.
- third party fees (Arena fee, Arena Club fee, etc.). They, if any, are specified in the order cart.

 

●  Where to find my purchased tickets?
Purchased tickets will be delivered to the specified email address immediately after payment. If you are a registered user, you can find all the tickets by logging into the kakava.lt system, on the top right corner of the menu under My Tickets.

 

●  How do I buy a ticket on behalf of the company?
When buying tickets, you can specify if you need in VAT invoice on behalf of a natural or legal person.

 

●  How do I get a VAT invoice for my tickets?
By buying tickets in kakava.lt online, you can put a check mark indicating that you will need a VAT invoice and fill in all the necessary details. The VAT invoice shall be sent to the specified email address. Also, registered users can find all purchase-related documents in their account. The VAT invoice may be issued no later than 5 business days after the purchase. Upon expiry of 5 business days after the purchase, the seller reserves the right to discontinue the issue of VAT invoices for the event.

 

●  Is it possible to buy tickets with discount?
KAKAVA LT operates as an intermediary and therefore does not apply discounts. You can find out about the discounts offered at the event description or check it on the shopping cart. In case, when discount is available "Choose discount" button will appear underneath the ticket in the shopping cart. 

 

●  How to apply a discount to an event ticket?
Automatic discounts are applied as soon as tickets are selected and added to shipping cart. Other discounts for event tickets can be applied at the shopping cart by clicking on the "Choose discount" button underneath the ticket and selecting the particular discount from the list.   

 

●  What should I do if I did not receive the ticket via email?
When you have not received your ticket by email, we recommend becoming a registered user of kakava.lt - tickets will be available in the menu item "My tickets". The account should be registered with the same email used for buying tickets. If you cannot find the tickets in your account, call us +370 633 39 192 (on workdays from 14:00 to 17:00) or write to pagalba@kakava.lt specifying the exact event, the e-mail address where the ticket should be sent and attach proof of payment.

 

●  Can I return tickets?
If event was cancelled, date changed or other similar changes have happened, ticket buyers have right to reach event Organizer, that is shown on ticket. Ticket Distributor is not an event Organizer, thus is not responsible for event cancellation or other event condition change, including buyer’s loss because of events cancellation or event condition changes. In all ticket refund cases (including all ticket-applied taxes) or other damage compensation, buyer should directly reach to event Organizer that is shown on ticket, unless there is public information that event Organizer assigned ticket Distributor to handle ticket refunds. Organizer details ticket refund procedures for each event separately.

 

●  Is it necessary to print a ticket to present at the event?
There is no need to print ticket, it can be shown on mobile phone.
