Pažaislis music festival GIFT CARD

Terms and conditions for the purchase and use of the Pažaislis Music Festival gift voucher:

1. You can use this gift voucher by presenting it at the Kaunas Philharmonic box office, Kakava.lt box office or online at www.kakava.lt and selecting the desired number of tickets to the concerts.
2. The concerts of the Pažaislis Music Festival take place every year from June to August.
3. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. The gift voucher can only be exchanged for tickets to concerts organised by the Pažaislis Music Festival.
5. Gift voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
6. Gift voucher values: 10 Eur, 15 Eur, 20 Eur, 25 Eur, 30 Eur, 40 Eur, 50 Eur, 100 Eur.
7. If the price of the tickets purchased is higher than the amount stated on the gift voucher, the buyer must pay the difference.
8. Multiple gift vouchers can be used for one purchase.
9. Any unused portion of the voucher value is non-refundable. A gift voucher can only be used once.
10. The gift voucher can be transferred to a third party.
11. In the event of damage, loss or other loss, the Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for a new one.
12. If the gift voucher has not been used within its validity period, it shall be deemed no longer valid, shall not be renewed and shall not be refunded.
13. The organisers of the Pažaislis Music Festival do not guarantee the availability of tickets to the desired concerts and recommend that the gift voucher be exchanged for tickets to the desired concert as early as possible.
14. Gift vouchers are not subject to a VAT invoice. If the purchaser requests, a handover certificate is issued. For the certificate, please contact pagalba@kakava.lt.
