Lithuanian National Philharmonic gift voucher

Rules for purchasing and using the Philharmonic gift voucher :

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash
• Dovanų kuponai nėra grąžinami arba keičiami į pinigus
• The gift voucher is redeemable only for tickets to events organised by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society and distributed by Kakava.lt. The gift voucher is not valid for the purchase of tickets for events organised by other organisers and held at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Halls

• Gift voucher values: 10 EUR, 15 EUR, 20 EUR, 25 EUR, 30 EUR, 40 EUR, 50 EUR, 100 EUR
• You can use this voucher online at www.kakava.lt or by presenting it at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Box Office (Aušros Vartų St 5, Vilnius) or Kakava.lt Box Office
• The unused part of the voucher value is non-refundable
• If the price of the tickets purchased is higher than the amount stated on the gift voucher, the purchaser must pay the difference
• The gift voucher can be transferred to a third party
• A gift voucher can only be used once
• The gift voucher is not exchangeable for a new one in the event of damage or loss
• If gift vouchers are not used during their validity period, they shall be considered as no longer valid, shall not be renewed and shall not be refunded
• Multiple gift vouchers can be used for one purchase
• Gift vouchers are not subject to VAT invoicing. If requested by the purchaser, an acceptance certificate will be issued. For more information, please contact pagalba@kakava.lt
