Klaipėda concert hall gift card

Klaipėda concert hall gift card rules:

• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the coupon is not used during its validity period, it is considered no longer valid, its validity not extended and the money not refunded.
• You can purchase a KKS gift card of optional value: 10 EUR, 15 EUR, 20 EUR, 30 EUR, 40 EUR, 50 EUR and 100 EUR.
• The organizers do not guarantee the possibility of purchasing tickets for the desired concerts and recommend exchanging gift card for tickets as soon as possible.
• Gift card are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• The gift card can only be used once.
• The gift card is valid only for repertoire and festival events organized by Klaipėda Concert Hall (KKS) and distributed by "Kakava.lt". The gift card is not valid for the purchase of tickets for other organizers' events held at KKS.
• Multiple gift card can be used during one purchase. If the price of tickets paid for with gift cards is lower than the amount of money specified in the gift card, the difference will not be refunded. A gift card cannot be exchanged for a new one if it is lost or otherwise lost.
• Gift card for concert tickets can be exchanged online at www.kakava.lt, Kakava.lt box office and Klaipėda Concert Hall box office (Šaulių st. 36, Klaipėda).
• The gift card can be transferred to a third party.
• A gift card cannot be exchanged for a new one in case of its damage, loss or loss.
• Copying or forging a gift card is prohibited - in such cases we always notify the police.
