PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER

- Gift vouchers can be purchased at the KSP box office (L. Sapiegos str. 5, Kaunas), at any box office of the ticket distributor kakava.lt, or online www.kakava.lt.
- Gift card denominations: €10, €15, €20, €25, €30, €40, €50, and €100.

VALIDITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHER

- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If the gift voucher has not been used within the validity period, it is considered no longer valid, will not be renewed and will not be refunded.
- KSP does not guarantee ability to purchase tickets for the concerts of your choice if the coupon is redeemed less than 6 months before the dates of the selected concerts. 

EXCHANGE OF GIFT VOUCHERS

- Gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets at the KSP box office (L. Sapiegos str. 5, Kaunas), at any box office of the ticket distributor kakava.lt and at www.kakava.lt.
- A gift voucher is not a ticket and does not guarantee access to the desired performance.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for tickets to other Organisers' events.
- If the ticket price is less than the value of the gift voucher, the difference is non-refundable.
- If the sum of the ticket prices is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the spectator must pay the difference.
- The gift voucher must be exchanged for tickets in one purchase.
- The value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the event was cancelled, tickets purchased with a gift voucher are not refundable, but are exchanged for tickets for the performance of your choice.
- Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for a new one if they are damaged, lost or otherwise misplaced.
- Gift vouchers are not subject to VAT invoicing. If the buyer so requests, an acceptance certificate will be issued. For the deed, please contact pagalba@kakava.lt.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
