„Jazz Cellar 11“ gift card

Rules for using the „Jazz Cellar 11“ gift card: 

1. The gift card entitles you to purchase ticket (s) to any „Jazz Cellar 11“ for the face value stated on the gift card.
2. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift card not used during their validity period become void, are not renewable and not refundable.
3. Gift card for events can be exchanged online on www.kakava.lt and at Kakava.lt box offices.
4. Gift cards are non-refundable or non-cashable.
5. The gift card can be used only once - the nominal value (balance) of the check that has not been used to purchase tickets is non-refundable. If the price of the tickets purchased exceeds the amount indicated in the gift card, the Buyer must pay the difference. Multiple gift cards can be used during a single purchase.
6. Gift card may be transferred to a third party.
7. Gift card are not exchanged for new ones in case of damage or loss.
8. No VAT invoices are issued for purchasing gift card. Upon request of the buyer, a certificate of delivery and acceptance may be issued. For certificates of delivery and acceptance, please contact pagalba@kakava.lt.
