2nd Advent Concert of Panzerbrigade 45 “Litauen” – Charity Concert

The 2nd Advent Concert of Panzerbrigade 45 “Litauen” will take place at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society in Vilnius. The concert will feature the renowned Musikkorps der Bundeswehr (Bundeswehr Concert Band) under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Timor Oliver Chadik.
The Musikkorps der Bundeswehr is the Bundeswehr’s representative concert orchestra and performs on major concert stages in Germany and abroad. Its large symphonic wind orchestra is renowned for its musical excellence, precision and expressive sound.
On this special evening, military precision and orchestral excellence will come together in a festive atmosphere to celebrate the spirit of Advent and Christmas. The programme will feature classical and festive works as well as expressive symphonic wind arrangements reflecting the warmth and spirit of the Christmas season.
The concert is presented as a charity event. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to charitable and non-profit organisations in Lithuania.
A festive atmosphere, musical excellence and the spirit of German-Lithuanian solidarity will make this evening a memorable experience for military personnel and civilian guests alike.

About performer
The Musikkorps der Bundeswehr is the Bundeswehr’s representative concert orchestra and one of Germany’s leading professional military bands.
The ensemble consists of approximately 60 military musicians performing as a large symphonic wind orchestra. It brings together highly qualified instrumentalists of the Bundeswehr whose musical excellence and military precision contribute to the orchestra’s outstanding reputation.
The Musikkorps der Bundeswehr represents the German Armed Forces at major concerts and ceremonial events in Germany and abroad. Over the years, the orchestra has performed throughout Europe as well as internationally, including appearances in Japan and the United States.
Its symphonic wind repertoire covers a broad musical spectrum, with particular emphasis on original compositions for wind orchestra as well as arrangements of major classical works and ceremonial military music.
Since 2025, the Musikkorps der Bundeswehr has been conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Timor Oliver Chadik.
