„Voilia lia lia“ – prancūziškos muzikos vakaras

Chansons, musical melodies, lyrical ballads, and contemporary French music discoveries intertwine here, allowing you to rediscover the charm of French culture.

The program features songs by Édith Piaf, Joe Dassin, Patricia Kaas, and Lara Fabian, arias from famous musicals and rock operas, as well as the most beautiful French Eurovision entries. Chamber sound, subtle interpretations, and a close connection with the audience create a warm atmosphere where each song becomes a unique story about love, life, and freedom.

This concert is dedicated to everyone who loves French chanson and theatrical music, and is looking for a cozy, aesthetic musical evening.

Akvilė Garbenčiūtė-Bučienė (vocals) – singer, actress, and dancer, soloist at the Kaunas State Musical Theatre, and holder of a Master's degree from the Music Academy of Vytautas Magnus University. She has created numerous vivid roles in operettas, musicals, and rock operas, and curates original concert projects. In 2013, she was awarded the Golden Stage Cross in the Operetta and Musical category.

Paulė Galinienė (piano) – pianist and Master's graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. She works as a accompanist at the Kaunas Juozas Gruodis Conservatories and the Kaunas Aleksandras Kačanauskas Music School, collaborating with the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Kaunas State Musical Theatre. She actively performs in Lithuania and abroad, accompanies international vocal competitions, and collaborates with opera soloists.
