STAY HEALTHY 2025

„Health Exhibition 2025“ is a two-day event taking place on October 17–18 at the LITEXPO Exhibition and Congress Centre, dedicated to comprehensive health with a primary focus on the connection between physical and emotional well-being. This exhibition invites visitors to look at health holistically—as a whole, where the body listens to the mind, and emotional states directly affect our physical condition.

Visitors will be greeted with a wide and diverse program: from lectures, discussions, and forums led by renowned health experts to practical workshops, interactive wellness experiences, and diagnostic tests. The Health Forum will address highly relevant topics such as emotional health, stress management, the importance of nutrition, and the balance between body and mind.

The practical part of the event will also be rich in content: in the training area, experienced instructors will lead sessions in yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and other wellness-focused exercises. In the Harmony Zone, visitors can immerse themselves in meditations, sound, and art therapy. The exhibition area will feature the latest wellness technologies, where visitors can undergo quick tests—from blood sugar levels and body composition analysis to skin and eye screenings. The newest trends in health products and services will be showcased here.

Special partner areas will host important discussions on addiction prevention, public health challenges, and individual solutions for improving daily life quality. Visitors will have the opportunity to ask questions to doctors, health law specialists, and healthy lifestyle professionals.

„Health Exhibition 2025“ is for everyone—from those actively engaged in wellness to those just beginning their journey toward better well-being. It’s an event where knowledge, experience, and inspiration come together. Not only will you gain valuable insights, but you’ll also have the chance to apply them immediately—through testing, experiencing, and evaluating them firsthand.
