At the turn of the year, we invite you to a festive evening of music in one of Kaunas’ most beautiful concert halls — an event filled with the beauty of classical music, lyricism, and the spirit of celebration.

On stage – the legendary Čiurlionis Quartet, which has been bringing fame to Lithuania around the world for over five decades, and the extraordinary soprano Asta Krikščiūnaitė, laureate of the National Culture and Art Prize.

The concert program features works by M. K. Čiurlionis and other classical composers: minuets by J. B. Weckerlin, Italian love songs by E. Toselli, E. de Curtis, L. Gastaldon, C. A. Bixio, as well as uplifting and radiant compositions by B. Gorbulskis.

With the expressive performance of the Čiurlionis Quartet and the enchanting voice of Asta Krikščiūnaitė, this evening will become a heartfelt tribute to the creative legacy of M. K. Čiurlionis and an invitation to welcome the New Year with inspiration, light, and harmony.

The festive concert will take place in the Hall of the Archdiocese of Kaunas – a unique and sacred setting, imbued with history and tranquility.

This remarkable venue, located in the Old Town of Kaunas near the Town Hall Square, is renowned for its exceptional acoustics, refined interior, and intimate atmosphere.
