What to expect:
- HR Conference
As every year, we will present the most interesting projects from the HR Best Practice Awards, highlighting key insights and takeaways.
The annual, anniversary PVPA conference will bring speakers who share insights from an organizational perspective. This year, we will focus on organizations and culture as they translate into real decisions, leadership, and impact on people. Topics will include the future of HR, leadership, responsibility, diversity, and the impact of technology. This stage is for those who want not only to follow trends but to rethink how their organization truly works.
- Personal Stories Stage | NEW!
For the first time, one of the main stages will be dedicated to personal stories.
Real, honest, and inspiring stories about everyday experiences – not polished, Instagram-perfect moments, but authentic journeys that encourage growth and change.
- Workshops
This year, the entire workshop area will focus on improving and supporting emotional well-being.
There will be two spaces:
– one for hands-on sessions on emotional health led by experts,
– another for relaxation through the Rest and Restore™ protocol (Unyte Health).
- Exhibition
A variety of services and products designed to enhance employee motivation, development, and well-being.
Visit the exhibition to discover new ideas, solutions, and opportunities!
* Coffee breaks and a lunch box are included in the ticket price.
