Participants can expect:

• Main Hall. Annual PVPA Conference. This hall will host speakers sharing insights from an organizational perspective. This year, the main focus is on organizational culture in its broadest sense. We will explore and discuss topics ranging from how organizational structures and processes support or hinder culture, to approaches toward people, communication, the impact of feedback on individuals, and more.
  As in previous years, we will also hear highlights from the most interesting projects submitted to the HR Best Practices Competition. However, please note that this year, the presentations will take place in the Personal Development space.

• Personal Development Space. This hall will feature sessions focused on a variety of topics from a personal, individual perspective. Special attention will be given to themes related to well-being, motivation, productivity, and improving emotional health.
  This year, the presentation and awards ceremony for the most notable projects submitted to the HR Best Practices Competition will also take place in this space – make sure to stop by!

• Workshops. Continuing our tradition, we will have two dedicated workshop rooms. One of them will be entirely focused on the application of artificial intelligence in organizations and business. In the other room, you can look forward to a session with one of our international speakers – Anna Faber – as well as a practical networking workshop and two hands-on sessions hosted by member organizations of PVPA.
• Exhibition – various services and products for employee motivation, development, and well-being.
