Event information

The Lithuanian men’s national basketball team continues its fight for a place at the 2027 FIBA World Cup in Qatar. Led by head coach Rimas Kurtinaitis, the team will face Great Britain on July 2 in Klaipėda at the Švyturio Arena. We invite you to fill the stands and loudly support our team!

In the previous matchup in London, Lithuania dramatically defeated Great Britain thanks to a game-winning shot by Ignas Sargiūnas in the final second. As a result, another intense and hard-fought battle is expected in Klaipėda. This qualification window is a crucial step on the road to the 2027 FIBA World Cup.
