ARINA – The Queen of Lithuanian Blues

ARINA is one of the most prominent and charismatic figures in the Lithuanian music scene, rightfully known as the Queen of Lithuanian Blues. Her distinctive voice, captivating stage presence, and ability to convey genuine emotion have enchanted audiences throughout Lithuania and beyond for more than three decades.

Born and raised in Kaunas, ARINA chose the path of music at an early age. In 1993, she graduated from the Juozas Gruodis Conservatory, where she studied classical vocal performance, laying a solid foundation for her professional career.

ARINA first gained national recognition in 1989 when she won Lithuania’s first Rhythm & Blues and Rock ’n’ Roll Championship. It was at that moment that members of the band Veto Bank discovered her powerful and unique voice. This marked the beginning of one of the most remarkable chapters in Lithuanian blues history—a creative partnership that lasted for more than a decade, bringing countless concerts, festival appearances, and a loyal fan base.

Following this successful period, ARINA continued her career as a solo artist and became an integral part of Lithuania’s blues, rhythm & blues, and pop-rock scene. Her music is distinguished by its professionalism, emotional depth, and authenticity, while every performance becomes a genuine dialogue with the audience.

Throughout her artistic journey, ARINA has performed on prestigious stages in Lithuania and abroad, appeared at major blues festivals, and earned recognition from both audiences and music critics.
