Dutch tenor Marcel Beekman and Lithuanian pianist Justas Šervenikas invite to an evening of exquisite vocal and piano music, the programme of which consists of sophisticated and poetry-filled 19th century chamber music opuses. Singer Marcel Beekman has enjoyed invitations to perform in German, French and Italian baroque opera productions in various theatres and festivals in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia. In addition to his passion for baroque music, he is known as an original interpreter of contemporary and avant-garde music. Born into a family of musicians, Justas Šervenikas has been actively performing since 2006: he has given concerts at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Concert Hall, Klaipėda Concert Hall, Kaunas State Philharmonic, etc.; toured in Belarus, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Russia and Mexico. Chamber music plays a very important role in his creative path.
