For 32 years, the Klaipėda Castle Jazz Festival has been one of the most distinctive cultural landmarks of Klaipėda. Over more than three decades, it has brought world-class jazz stars to the city, nurtured generations of audiences, and inspired young musicians.
We are proud of this journey and invite you to celebrate the close of the Festival’s 32nd year together – with jazz, warmth, and the cosy spirit of anticipation as Christmas draws near.

About performer
Marvin Muoneké is a young man with an old soul and one of the most prolific and fast-rising traditional jazz performers in the United Kingdom. A familiar presence on the London jazz scene, he performs as many as five to seven concerts a week.
And he is far more than a singer. Marvin also plays trumpet, writes songs, arranges music and leads his own swing orchestra, Big Marv’s Big Fat Band.
His love for jazz began at the age of four, when he first heard a Louis Jordan song in an animated film. At fifteen, he performed Frank Sinatra’s famous “Fly Me to the Moon” in public for the first time – and realised that music was destined to become his life.
His journey has since taken him to the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, television appearances on The Voice UK and Britain’s Got Talent, prestigious stages across London, and performances in Paris. In 2024, Marvin was nominated for Jazz Artist of the Year at the Boisdale Music Awards, and in 2026 he received a nomination for Vocalist of the Year at the Jazz FM Awards.
His rich, velvety and captivating baritone voice carries the timeless elegance of the era of Nat King Cole, Johnny Hartman and Billy Eckstine, instantly filling the concert hall with warmth. It feels almost as though an old vinyl record has come to life to tell the most beautiful Christmas story…
